    maybe we should just focus on the bench press since it isnt fair to judge my DL and squat because of all the leg problems I;ve had, I had to take 1.5 years off from all running and leg lifting, then reinjuried my legs...fuarkkk man maybe I should just pick up swimming.

    Well the first one was my senior year playing american football, then about a year ago I started lifting and running again, but my squat form was awful(ATG with narrow leg stance, I have long legs), I was hitting leg extensions hard(fuking up my knees) all while running(HIIT and LIIS) 5 days a week, even on leg days. Idk I guess I just have bad knees, I took another 6 weeks off and now I;m able to walk on the treadmill at an incline for 45 min no pain, Think of working hamstrings next week.
