Make sure you are consuming enough protein and your calories aren't in too much of an extreme deficit, and you will maintain the majority of the muscle. Your body will take about 2 weeks without the muscles being engaged in hypertrophy to start getting smaller.

What he said. Just don't let your 1 week turn into 3 or 4.

Keep nutrition solid, and you will be golden. As its been stated above, don't let this week off turn into 2, and 2 into 3...just enjoy your week off. Get a massage, stretch. Plenty of sleep.

It's a good chance to let your body recover from training. I actually take a week off every 8-12 weeks, increase my cals to maintenance. I put on about a pound over the week (as my maintenance is lower when I'm not exercising or it could just be water weight).

If you don't stagger your training you will begin to develop niggles, that will turn into injuries that will turn into chronic injuries.
Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.

Agree with what everyone else has said. Remember, your muscles grow while resting, a week off should be fine.
    Go big, or go home.

Apart from what everybody else has already said.

if you're one of these people who genuinely can't have a week off In fear of melting , do some push ups and body weight squats. use big bottles of water as dumbells ect. get creative
There is no substitute for hard work
