So I dont have access to a gym for a week but i shouldnt lose much muscle even though i am cutting right? maybe increase calories slightly just to be safe?

Keep nutrition solid, and you will be golden. As its been stated above, don't let this week off turn into 2, and 2 into 3...just enjoy your week off. Get a massage, stretch. Plenty of sleep.

It's a good chance to let your body recover from training. I actually take a week off every 8-12 weeks, increase my cals to maintenance. I put on about a pound over the week (as my maintenance is lower when I'm not exercising or it could just be water weight).
If you don't stagger your training you will begin to develop niggles, that will turn into injuries that will turn into chronic injuries.Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.
