I've been doing Olympic lifting for a few weeks and I want to see where I'm at.

Snatch
- shoulders over bar in starting position and first pull (should be slightly in front of the bar)
- poor parallel shift / hips raise before shoulders (hip/shoulders should rise equally)
- premature arm bend (probably pulling with biceps) in second pull
- bar travels a bit too far from body
Clean
same as snatch plus
- poor shrug in second pull
also overall lack of explosiveness and speed
thats what I can see from start/stop selfmade time lapseOlympic lifting crew

Pretty much what everyone else said. Not terrible though. Use your legs off the floor, keeping your hips down will force that and you will set up your second pull.
Regarding speed, think of building speed throughout the lift. For most, the bar is moving fastest at the top or finish pull.
Have you tried any full lifts?

Thanks for the input guys. I'm working on correcting the fast rising hip problem. I think the lift looks slower because this weight was a PR for me at the time. I was trying to see how much I weight I could handle. I'll get a video of the full lifts in a few days.
Here's a slightly faster power snatch for your consideration:
