High rep shoulder work with green bands

The same reason an ez-curl bar isn't particularly great for biceps (if pronated grip allowed for maximum contraction of the biceps everyone could get massive guns doing nothing but heavy barbell rows and weighted pullups... which do add a decent amount of arm mass btw). The more pronated the wrist is on any curl the more the brachialis takes the load off the bicep and the less complete the contraction of the bicep at the top of the movement. When completely pronated such as with a hammer curl the radial-brachialis is used heavily as well. Hammer curls are a great brachialis and radial-brachialis movement but work the bicep itself less effectively than a supinated curl.

I'm currently experiment on my low cal days(<1800cals) of not eating any solid food (mainly coffee with skim milk and whey) with a carb and meat dinner, follow a semi lean gains model. 2 days in and i looked about 11-12% upon waking. Feelsleanman
