I don't mean in trying to loose fat on my arms. My bicep is actually bigger than I want it to be muscle wise. I don't train arms in probably the last year and a half but I do upper body ( chest, shoulders back). But they havent lose any size. I've tried keeping my form as strict as possible when doing my work out to not stress my bicep but it hasn worked. They look in proportional to the rest of me I need help!

Are your arms too big for the rest of your body?
Are you tired of people laughing at your massive pythons?
Do you wish you looked more like Eric Kanevskiy?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, then you need to try:
NOT BITCHING!
NOT BITCHING!(tm) is the revolutionary new product responsible for Eric Kanevskiy's godlike physique, Superman's incredible biceps, and Dorian Yates' unbelievable lats. Thanks to NOT BITCHING!, thousands of manlets just like you are losing their inhibitions and going CrAzY in the gym, allowing the rest of their body to catch up to their freakishly enormous arms!
Still unconvinced? Here are just a few testimonials from REAL people who were NOT PAID to write them!

Haha think this was misunderstood in not say my arms ate HUUUGGE they aren't. But they are bigger than I want them to be and I wanted to know if there's anything you can do.. So glad everyone has been helpful. I mean what difference does it make if you don't think they look weird, it's what I'm trying to change not you ?

honestly dont worry about ur arm size, the rest of your body will fill out the longer you train. Id look at ur big arms as a positive instead of a negative.
