I'm planning on making the switch from SuperPump Max to White Flood, but I am wondering if anybody has had any sleepless nights from the White Flood? I workout at night, so I usually take SuperPump at about 5:30 PM, bed time at 10:30 PM. If anyone has any experience or any info on this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys and gals.

I take 2 scoops of WF at around 5pm, and I'm in bed by 10-1030pm every night. I haven't had any issues with insomnia from WF yet, but it depends on how your body reacts to it.
The fact that WF's stim blend is formulated so well, it doesn't give you that jittery methed out feel that will keep you awake for hours and hours.

I don't think I ever recalled anyone having problem sleeping after using white flood, but like everyone else said supplements affects everyone differently, but I believe for the most part you will be just fine. Try out 1 scoop, assess tolerance, then go from there.

I had to switch to stim-free workouts during the week since I work out around 6pm. I'm VERY sensitive to stims, and any pre-workout with a stimulant keeps me up at night, even just 1 scoop of C4 or White Flood. On the weekends though, since I work out in the mornings, I love tossing down some stims.
Once I run outta Universal Storm, I've heard quite a few good things about White Blood 2, and want to give that a run.part-time artist, full-time superhero: http://joneallen.com
