average 16 year old arm size??

Average 16 yr old who doesnt lift, probs around 12 inches. Theres A fair few skinny c*nts where I live, rockin around with 11s or less and think they're hektic

OMFG, I know this is a v old post but damn, this is so ****ing true. I mean I always see them c*nts rockin' around with 11s or less. Just rockin' around. And I'm here with my huge guns like ****, who are these kids rockin' around ya know? Like rockin' around, having fun rockin' around. They should be feeling insecure and have low self esteem so that I can have better self esteem if I compare myself to them. Because thats all I have, a good body and I act like I'm cool, is there anything more then that? Because that's the message I'm getting when I see them rockin' around and having a normal or even a happy life. Rockin' around like that. Who do they think they are? Rockin' around without looking good, it makes me so angry, ****, somebody appreciate me more. I'm just a prick who thinks there's nothing more people could be then what they look like therefore I'm on a thin thread, without my looks I'm nothing but an insecure lonely shallow bitch with nothing more to me.

Arm size is relative. I know a couple fat guys with 18" arms but they have no muscle on there. In comparison, a dude who weighs 150 at 5'7" with 14" guns would look a lot better.

My arms were under 12 inches when I was 16 however I didn't lift, just played basketball...

That being said at 16 having 14.5inch arms is pretty good imo. Bigger than 95% of others your age.

Keep lifting man, you'll find as you get older and as you keep lifting the arm size will come so don't worry about it

Extremely controversial opinion: If you are personally self conscious about your arms being too small - chances are they are too small. make em bigger. If I were you I would eat more and lift more until you are comfortable with your arm size then one day rock a tight short sleeve and impregnate all the girls in the vicinity with the sight of those suckers

When i started my arms were like 11 inches now they are 14 inches and they are even bigger than most of the men i see outside . In my country the average size for 16 years old are like 11-12 inches max and that is if they are fat .. cuz in my country almost no one lifts , most are having abs with 11 inch arms and think they are zyzzzzzzzz

I'm 16 and I'm pretty sure if u grabbed the average size of all 16 year Olds it'd be like 11.4'! Cause people don't lift . I'm at 15.6 right now but just a few months ago I was at 14.8 and juSt kinda pumped up all of a sudden

It’s hard to tell with teens that are fit but who doesn’t work out and is at a normal height have an arm size of 12 or so

depends on ur genetic, im 17yo and i have around 15. It doesnt matter how big they are, vascularity and strenght is important. While some of my friends have around 15inch they cant even curl 30kg with 2hands, i do with each hand 26kg
