I am 16 68-70kgs with not high body fat and got 14 inches of arm. workin for 6 months and believe me in our age when i started i had the smallest arms and now i am feeling above the average. so dude lifting pays off and it also depends on you.

Average arm size for an untrained male adult is 13 inches at 18 or 19% fat. So for a 16 yr old I'd say 12 inches at the same % fat. Now if they're untrained and lean it would be around 11 inches lol! So yh your arms are much bigger than that for what its worth. Trained will be hard to figure out coz very few 16 yr olds train and if they do they've prob been training for a little bit of time.

It's depends , lean 14.5-15inch are decent but for a fat(20%) tall (5'11) 16y/o like me I have 16inch and they aren't so big

I am turning 17 now and been working out 5days a week for 6months and my arms are 15.8inches
