Right so ive been bulking for around 1.5/2months now hitting around 3000 Calories a day
I have been doing high intensity cardio once a week probably for around 10/15 minutes
but not every week, probably for around 3/4 weeks i did the high intensity cardio.
if i tense my stomach obv you cannot see a clear 6 pack, but my stomach bulges out a little so i look fat?
do i need more cadio and is this due to gaining too much body fat?
when i tall straight it obv doesnt bulge out as much, but i have obv gained a little bit of a gut
my bf when i checked about 2 weeks ago was 8%
height around 5 ft 9
Weight - approx 174 Pounds/Almost 12 stone

Yes obviously im lifting? i dont get why ud ask that, im getting bigger and making progress but i was wondering if maybe i need to do cardio as i havent been doing much just high intensity workout, lift heavy & not much rest inbetween to keep the muscles burning, incase i was gaining a little too much fat on my gut/stomach
we all have to start somewhere, no i wont cut for another month or two, aim is to get bigger?

i think your miss understanding, im not saying i cannot see abs altogether, you can only see it very slighty at the bottom and not at the top, but when i tense you can - but its a bump where it bluges out (this is what i meant by am i gaining a little too much gut)
Or maybe this machine is out id ont know lol im toned and obv small as im only 174 pounds at 5ft 8/9
but now im trying to bulk ive defently put more weight on and i can see results...
