Okay, started lifting seriously about 7 months ago.
BEGINNING STATS AND LIFTS:
HT: 5'8
WT: 128lbs
BF: 9%
SQUAT: 95lbs
BENCH: 95lbs
DEADLIFT: 150lbs
As you can see, I was extremely weak man, hell still am.
RIGHT NOW:
HT: 5'8
WT: 165lbs
BF: 15-16%
SQUAT: 245lbs
BENCH: 195lbs
DEADLIFT: 315lbs
About 3 months into serious training, I stopped for a good 3 months. Just too expensive to keep up with eating so much. For those 3 months, I was doing the Arnold Blueprint. Excellent in my opinion. (minus the fact of being in the gym for 2 hours lol)
Then I quit.
And now for the last like 2 weeks, I have been on a powerlifting program. Trying to hit that 225 bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift.
Anyways, Feedback would be amazing guys. Were my strength gains good for a beginner? Also, I did gain a lot of weight, but its not fat. I can still see my abs a little. Chunky though.
