Bump on this as it's been on my mind quite a bit.
Obviously if you are experiencing jitters / nervousness / insomnia then you have pushed it a bit far, but given that some of us are more tolerant, does this still mean that we are having too much even when the body 'seems' to have adjusted its tolerance? That is to say if 500mg a day is fine for me but would turn someone without tolerance into a wreck, are we doing the same amount of damage?
I have been using thermos n the morning (200mg roughly), then a pwo in the evening (around 300mg), 1 or 2 cups of coffee in between. So totals around 600mg.LG/IF + 531

Every time someone gets worried about me or tells me I consume "too much" caffeine, I remind myself, can you really have too much of a good thing ? As others said everyones tolerance is different. One of those things you have to listen to YOUR body on and not take some random persons experience on.

Started drinking coffee occasionally when i was 20, never had it before then, I still have problems sleeping if I drink what the average person would consider not to be a lot.
I usually take around 50-75ml 20min before my workouts at around 6pm and it affects my sleep a bit, but not to the point that I can't sleep lol. I guess I must be hypersensitive or something, everyone's gonna react differently.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

Would take me almost a bottle of 60 no-doz to die lol
It would take 52.89 Maximum Strength No-Doz to put you down.
I use to drink 2-3 pots of coffee per day on top of soda, red bulls etc and really never had an issue.
This could be why the EC stack is doing absolutely nothing for me

IMO, caffeine is based on tolerance of each individual which varies. After awhile your body, might get used to a certain dose like mine did. I currently take 630-720mg of caffeine from pills(namely guarana).

Ditch the "fat burners" waste of money and dont work. Just stick to calorie deficit+exercise. I take 2 200mg before a workout and then drink green tea throughout the day. So probably near 400-500. Though cut I stop around 5 or so, seems like a good time to stop so it gets out of my system so I can fall asleep later.

I'll take a dose of EC and have a nap. Throwing in energy drinks in between doses when I'm feeling lethargic isn't anything uncommon for me. I can easily get into the 1000mg range and not be wired. But I used to drink soda like a madman, and was at one point stacking 2 hydroxycut, a red bull, and 3 scoop of SuperPump before going to the gym. Toning it down to just normal dosing of EC is an accomplishment for me.

as far as energy goes... im pretty unaffected by caffeine at this point.. a EC stack isnt even felt. I dont worry about it or look to it for energy.. I dont go jacking up how much I take either.
my caffeine limit is based on hydration.. if i take too much, i get a bit dehydrated, and it effects my workouts... you can drink all the water you want, but with too much C in you, you will just piss the water back out.
