strong argument genius, that's like saying dairy is bad because some people are lactose intolerant. In terms of individuals without pre existing conditions there is zero evidence that micronutrients improve or inhibit calorie partitioning or overall metabolism short of a vast deficiency.

Do you actually eat healthy or do you just try to stick to a list of foods that you consider healthy and practice food avoidance by avoiding foods you consider unhealthy?
While the two are not mutually exclusive most people only fall in one of those two above categories.

I know guys who ate "healthy" too... 2 big cans of tuna EVERYDAY... some spinach, 2 protein shakes, and a bag of carrots. it's how they got their 6-pack Super healthy and clean to boot

dude ur stats are pathetic. i was ur stats with 6 months of lifting. and i started off at 110 pounds. u dont know anything.
there are tons of studies that show how different fats effect your test levels.
Im not gonna argue with u.
the fact that i could count my macros and use junk foods for the the bulk of it(since its tastey and fits my macros, why not.. why would i eat disgusting brown rice or rice, when i could just drink a can of coke or gatoraid or eat sour gummy worms and enjoy it.. why would i eat almonds when i can eat mcdonalds big mac as my fat source... etc. why eat dry chicken breast when i can drink protein shake in 3 seconds... If a fat=fat and carb=carb then this would be legit)
but nope. i gained nothing but fat.
i then ate nothing but clean ,and now sometimes barely count macros, i just eat clean as hell. and my macros are all over the place. but i still get insane gains. because nothing beats nutrious food. simple as that.

- IFFYM is bs, unless ur talking about something so small like less than 500 calories that it will not effect your hormone levels etc.
- meal timing is illrevalent, i can eat 1-2 meals a day, even 200G of whey protein shakes at once and it will be the same.
- fiber is bs. unless u have bowel movements.
- training 2x a week is excellent. and not over training at all. but fk heavy movements. i injured my shoulder and losing alot of my gains. fk heavy dips. doesnt matter how good ur form is. because my form was perfect. its just that i increased my weighted dips by 10 pounds a week. due to my nutrition food and weight gain. so my joints couldnt keep up. fk heavy lifting.
once my shoulder injury is gone, pure hypertrophy.

nope. i know tons of people who just eat clean. u think all the people in the gym with good physiques count there macros? LOL. go ahead, go to ur gym and look for the biggest guys and be like "how much grams of fat ugetting a day bro? " they dont give a fk. they proboably just try to eat clean, i have my friends who do this, benching 3-4 plates with ease. . they actually count how much grams of fat and how much carbs they get? nope, just probably try to eat healthy. naturally if you have a healthy meal, it will have proper macros. i mean who the hell just eats almonds all day and nothing else. know, think of a meal like steak(fat to raise ur test levels, and protein ) and rice(solid energy source) and salad and veggies.
some fruit as snacks.
i dont recommend this. but still better than junk food macros. unless ur nutrious food macros are so far off, but in most cases u will be just eating clean. like who will eat a bowl of almonds. or just eat rice all day.
eat clean meals. u will have automatic decent macros. good enough. but i dont recommend this but im saying this is still better then eating a junk food diet that has "proper macros"
but its ok. dont listen to me fellas. just call me a juice head. i will enjoy being bigger then the majority of u with only 3 years of lifting experience starting off skinnier than 99% of u. keep thinking i am wrong when i just practice what i preach. I will enjoy the good gains that i get, and i will enjoy watching u kids make sht progress with ur poptarts and junk food
the next thing your going to tell me is that u think u actually can target muscles such as upper chest. seriously the sht i read on these forums is hillarious. u and all ur broscience.. "OMGZZZZ MY UPPER CHEST IS LAGGING WHAT DO I DO. " then i see tons of posts saying "incline dumbbell press" when u cant target chest muscles. ur chest gets works on all movements, same sht.
but thats another subject, sick of udumb fks.
i have ton a macroed diet consisted of pure junk food except whey protein shake.
i have ton a proper diet with same macros with nutrious food
i have just ate nutritious food.
at the end, my results were nutritious food > everything.
thats the way my body works. therefore anything u try to tell me is invalid since i tested it myself in bulk programs/cut programs that iv done.
brb losing strength on a cut eating sht food.
brb clean up diet with pure nutrious food, brb regaining strength on a cut. same macros.
