I am prone to bloating in my face, and it is extremely sensitive to my diet and environment...
I am of asian heritage, and im not sure if this has to do anyhting with the susceptibility to bloating of the face, but
it's really annoying how my face becomes slim one day and completely round and ugly the next day. It's weird and it completely messes up my appearance
I was just wondering if any of you have problems with bloating in the face and what kind of tips or tricks do you recommend for
those that are prone to it...thanks!

1. dont eat foods you're allergic to
2. dont inject oils and waters into your face

Could def. be a reaction to something you're eating/drinking...make sure you are getting plenty of water and not too much sodium, they can cause you to retain fluids like that
If it's something that is a regular thing or bothers you, there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to a real doctor and not just relying solely on us

05-06-2012, 05:26 PM #5Yea I'm guessing you are being exposed to some sort of a reaction on the days your face bloats up... I think the best thing you should do is consult your doctor, I'm pretty sure he/she can give you better advice than we can.Originally Posted by mrshester

Also when/if you wash your face, make sure you stroke your face upwards (pushing your skin up) to prevent your skin from sagging in the future.
