Unhappy Chest pain after bench pressing

I have this weird (bearable) pain in my chest whenever I try to bend my torso, or rotate my neck, touch my chin on my chest and other movements. I also had the same kind of pain in my upper back, but it got better it self in 2 days. This all started after I bench pressed on Monday. I'm pretty sure my form was good.

Slight curved back, shoulders in place, tucked in upper back, chest up.

I've stopped going to the gym since then. It's been 5 days and the pain have not gone yet. But, it is 75% lighter than the first day.

    What can this be?

What should I do to speed up the natural healing process?

Is it okay to start working out early (before the pain 100% disappears)?

To me it just sounds like you got a killer workout and you're mad sore. I wouldn't hit it again if it is still sore, but that's just me.

Not sure if you are serious but if you are I've had the neck pain thing a few times before, in my case it has always been caused by twisting my head to look in the mirror when in the middle of a rep. Not a good idea but I do it by accident occasionally. It usually happens on shoulder or back day, I can't remember doing it when benching because I have much less reason to look sideways. It has always warn off after a few days, maybe 5 at the most.
