Raw vs cooked changes water weight. So 6oz may cook down to 4oz, but the calories are the same.

Any time. Getting accurate macros for meat is a major PITA, so I generally just check the packaging of the closest prepackaged item I can find.

I usually estimate it at 500 cals. per pound of raw chicken. Not exact but it's a round number, it's close to accurate, and I'm consistent with it so it works for me.

^Seems like most posters use ounces instead of grams...lol
Despite being in Canada, I've always been a g > oz person.
OP, typically, 100g of unseasoned chicken breasts contain 100-120 calories.
~0.5g fat
0g CHO
25-27g of PRO

Cooked vs uncooked
The reason is that when the meat is raw it will weigh less when cooked as it also contains water. So 100g raw will only be about 70g when cooked.
Calories in 100g cooked is approx 160 so in 70g cooked (the original 100g raw) it will be about 110 calories.
I hope that helps.
