Im in college and eat 90% of the time in the main campus cafeteria.
I want to preface this by saying: Yes I IIFYM and I want to be able to eat these hard boiled egg whites.
All that said, the rubbery texture of egg whites just bothers my gag reflex and it is tough to get them down without water like taking a pill.
Does anyone have any ideas to adjust the texture to make them taste better without ruining the fact that their benefit is to be able to help protein macros without doing much in the way of carbs and fat.
Salt, pepper, hotsauce, etc hasn't done much. I don't mind the flavor, its the texture.

Taste, smell, and texture are three equal parts in food preference. If you don't care for at least one of them in a certain food, then it's safe to say you don't like that food. So I'd recommend finding an alternative to hard boiled egg whites, since you clearly don't like them.
Example: prepare your eggs differently if texture is the only issue.

THEREFORE, I dont get to choose how I eat my eggs. The only other form of eggs are scrambled powdered eggs in the morning and they're cold and worse then the hard boiled eggs. Yes, its that bad. The boiled eggs are available all day.
I love all other forms of eggs. I do not like hard boiled eggs. I am going to eat them anyway, and I would like to make them taste better.

Get yourself a fork, and mash those babies like there's no tomorrow. Allow for it, then add some salad dressing (not mayo, that stuff is tasteless). I'm a fan of light italian, or ranch if I'm feeling a little hedonistic. There's not much else you can do that won't effect your macros.

light scrambled are way easier to eat, same with poached eggs.
i too myself often have trouble eating alot of eggs when they are hard boiled because of the texture and dryness. What you can do is possibly drizzle some olive oil on it or threw them in a salad to help u take ur mind off just the eggs"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."
