I think that lifting would help because your back muscles would keep your spine straight. My friend used to have this and he went to the doctors and did treatments and now he lifts and looks great! Op just start when your ready! Maybe even start out slow if your scared of getting hurt. But make sure your eatting alot of protein and sleeping well! Good luck with getting big (:

After 3 months, I am back. I have been lifting for 2 months. At the start I felt great and proad. My posture was noticeably enhanced in a month.
However then had started the complications. I couldnt sleep the nights i trained, had heart palpitations, and in several times chest pain (all these the day after workout, and not during) . One or two times I felt like fainting, though due to the fact i did not breathe enough.
Now that school started, I decided that I shall not risk aggravating a possible heart problem, even though I doubt it.
However today i had a great opportunity, to start going with my best mate to the gym next to school. I liked the idea of working out with a friend, but am afraid that the symptoms will return. I dont have the courage to tell anybody in my family about them, i will probably check it on my own when am 18
What do you think I shall do?? I feel bad because even the worst dorks in my school go to gym, but i dont due to the above reasons

Actually you are ripe and perfectly ready for a nice long bulk. Get on starting strength and find your maintenance calories through some calculators online and start by adding 300 cals to it and see how it goes. Do not add more that 750 cals to it or you will think you are too fat.
SHUT UP AND SQUAT!!
You have a GREAT body waiting robe sculpted. Think of all those obese guys (formerly myself) who have to lose 50-150 lbs first, then deal with loose skin as well, before they can be where you are.

I've seen alot of people on here talk about genetics and blame them or praise them whatever. I just try and pay them as little attention as possible, aslong as YOU KNOW you've pushed yourself to the max every session and your diet is good i don't see why you shouldnt start seeing improvements in a few weeks.
