i've cut the past week, if i were to incorporate them into my diet for 2 weeks, and then cut for one week, and carry this out for 2 months, before then cutting for a final month, due to going on holiday July 27th? would i get benefits from this, or would i end up just being big but with no real definition? (wanting to be ripped to ****, currently got a 8pac)
