    quick workout question!

    I try working out 5 times a week sometimes 6. Chest/tri - Mon. Jog - Tues. Back/Biceps - Wed. And then im not sure whther i should do boxing on Thurs or Chest and Legs on thursdays and then boxing on friday? im trying to gain muscle so i heard if u train thesame bodypart in a row u could impede grwth by tearing the muscle fibers too much.

    Do whatever your priority is first. If you want to be bigger, lift your weights before you box. Training to be lean/or for cardio? Box, then lift. As far as lifting goes: when you work out, you place the order; when you rest, the order gets filled.
