I try working out 5 times a week sometimes 6. Chest/tri - Mon. Jog - Tues. Back/Biceps - Wed. And then im not sure whther i should do boxing on Thurs or Chest and Legs on thursdays and then boxing on friday? im trying to gain muscle so i heard if u train thesame bodypart in a row u could impede grwth by tearing the muscle fibers too much.
