need help figuring out a 5 day workout split. the only days i am able to work out are monday-friday due to my work schedule and my gym's schedule. want to work chest twice every other week. so far my chest is the hardest part of my body to make any gains... so one week would be something like this:
monday-chest
tuesday-legs
wednesday-back/shoulders
thursday-chest
friday-biceps/triceps/forearms
the next week would just be a regular split like:
monday-chest
tuesday-legs
wednesday-back
thursday-shoulders
friday-biceps/triceps/forearms
can you guys give me any good advice? i don't want to overwork and tire out my arms during the week.
