So basically the frequency cant be used as a sole indicator for performance. Its gives a general idea of what to expect.

for example in the computer field. there is AMD and Intel. Intel's 2.0ghz as of now is faster than an AMD 2.0ghz.

same case with this samsung exynos cpu.

Any estimate on when ip5 will be out? My contract ends in September I believe. But rather happy with my S2 in the meantime. ip5 would have to seriously up the specs or design to make me go for it. Kinda what I also expected from the S3.

I've had the iPhones and now I'm on a MyTouch 4G Slide...

Pros and cons for iPhone:
Pros:
-Best OS out there.
-Very user friendly.
-Smooth interface makes it easy to use even when many apps are loaded and running.
-Able to jailbreak in a simple fashion.
-Apple Store...more apps, games, tools, etc.
-Good quality camera with little shutter.

Cons:
-Fragile as ****.
-Very expensive (even for upkeeping if need be).
-New one released every year.
-Must have iTunes to sync.
-Chargers suck balls.
-Plans are expensive.

Pros and cons for Android:
Pros:
-Different style phones.
-Cheaper plans.
-Google contacts.
-******** sync feature.

Cons:
-Marketplace is limited.
-Rooting is a bitch.
-Must have Google acct.
-Must use SD Card.
-Not better than iPhone.

My biggest complaint from my Galaxy SII is the fuarking keyboard. It get's the job done, but writing a text can be arduous sometimes. The auto correct is terrible too. BRB spell word correctly but phone 'corrects' it to a different word.

well, from ur pervious post, u seem to suggest apple gonna top the specs, which i believe it is unlikely, since that is not apple mo.

Edit: it is not all marketing, but u can't deny it is backed by strong marketing from Apple. Apple is a company that pride itself in innovation and marketing, and that is just fact.
