    Guys who don't train legs

    God damn, for the past 2 months in new gym. I've kept my eye on some of the guys who go there. They go the same days as I go and when I go on another day then they are not there. They have the workout split into 3, like back and shoulders and chest, tricep and biceps wrist or something like that - biaatch please, get the **** out of the gym, nobody likes johnny bravos. You look ridiculously stupid with your upper body pumped up and your legs are like sticks that are about to break any second. Any experiences, I know that some here only train upper body too, I've seen couple of posts..

    In my opinion, if you don't train your legs - get the **** out. Just holding a spot for someone more important..

    Tbh man it doesnt make the world of difference if you work legs. I didn't work them before and always had big leg muscles (irish-decent genetics). Now I do work them and im happier because they are much more defined.

    Each guy has different goals i.e. If you were a soccer player you would want to train shoulders more then biceps as you need them to hold off opponents

    i'd say just approach them, introduce yourself, offer to spot. that will allow you to talk to them the next time you see them, chat them up a bit. eventually you should get their numbers and maybe catch up outside of the gym and then just flirt etc.
