    Knee injury recovery and 5x5

    I just finished two months of letting my knee heal, I managed to ruin it while jogging on some hills. (some got jammed between my kneecap and some other bones, not fun) and i'm wondering what weight percentage I should drop off my 5x5 program when just getting back into it, I got to a 225lb squat right before the injury.... so maybe try 200? I've managed to stay in shape via CC but I have no clue what's happened to my strength. any suggestions are appreciated.
