I workout at LA Fitness and while they have tons of equipment the one thing I really wish they had was a Glue-Ham machine. That and a Trap bar and I would be set for life...

Hammer strength machines. I'm not a huge fan of machines, but I would like to have all the hammer strength stuff. The back ones especially.
My last few gyms didn't have one and when I finally went to a gym with a hack squat, I thought I'd use it a lot. Tried without weights but does not feel good on knees.Originally Posted by gamer123

Atlas Stones, at least once to try them. In all reality though glute ham raise would be nice. Also, spare Olympic bars so you could row/deadlift/press when all the benches and racks are in use. Hate having to wait for a bench press or rack to free up so I can row/dead/press. Then all the bros look at you like, why aren't you benching bro.

Its a base for the oly bar so you can do Tbar rows without worrying about "anchor" lifting.
I twinged my back a bit the other week when I went for the first rep of a set and I apparently had the V-handle thing too low.... the entire bar came up, LOL.
