I workout at LA Fitness and while they have tons of equipment the one thing I really wish they had was a Glue-Ham machine. That and a Trap bar and I would be set for life...

Hammer strength machines. I'm not a huge fan of machines, but I would like to have all the hammer strength stuff. The back ones especially.
My last few gyms didn't have one and when I finally went to a gym with a hack squat, I thought I'd use it a lot. Tried without weights but does not feel good on knees."Whoa, peanut-butter does look a lot like Cum." - Alan Aragon

Atlas Stones, at least once to try them. In all reality though glute ham raise would be nice. Also, spare Olympic bars so you could row/deadlift/press when all the benches and racks are in use. Hate having to wait for a bench press or rack to free up so I can row/dead/press. Then all the bros look at you like, why aren't you benching bro.

Squat rack. Dead serious.
Also: chest supported row, dedicated cable row, overhead press rack/seat, and hammer strength machines.
