I am going to cut down this summer, going down to 195-200. Not really going to think about what I weigh tho, just shooting for some good abs.
In the first pic I am 15 and weigh 165 IIRC, could be less though. It is taken in may 2009.
Next pic I am 16, taken in June 2010 weighing in at 187.
Last pic was taken today after squats (bar rolled a bit too much up in one set, thats where that spot on my neck came from), 18 y/o and weighing 220.
I have been doing some serious bulkin this year, with some fat gain ofc that I am well aware of. I am going to cut this summer for a trip I am taking to spain in august. Gotta look good on that beach.
Edit : some from the front taken just now with a low quality webcam

Some ofc, but I am very happy with how much weight I gained and strength has through up the roof in the past year so the fat gain does not bother me too much. The end results will ofc tell much more then these pics, will post pictures in late july/august after my cut.

Yeah I focus on strength much more then size, if I am getting stronger I always grow very well. I train almost just like a powerlifter, very low reps and heavy weights and compete occasionally in powerlifting. Keeps me motivated, easier to keep track of progress instead of just focusing on size.

Don't know what hypertrophy is, but I will probably not change my training that much. Will definitely throw in morning cardio 3-4 times a week and clean up my diet very well, been eating everything in sight for about a year now.
My training is very powerlifting based, I like training heavy and do alot of singles, doubles & triples in squat, bench and deadlift (with some backdown sets of 5-12 reps afterwards ofc). Will also try to do more bodybuilding style training along with this, I tend to ignore the isolation movements too much .. (hence the lack of arms). All the way from Iceland
