Cuttting dairy and wheat Last 6 weeks?

I've heard of cutting these two groups out getting closer any thoughts from professionals who have been there before?
I am not lactose and tolerant so it's not bloating me or anything and all I eat it's whole wheat and wheat pockets. Thanks again

If they are causing no negative issues.....why cut them out? At some point you may need to lower calories and/or carbs and then they may be areas to cut back...but if you are making progress keeping them in there is no reason to cut them.

Dont even worry about wheat, dairy.... IF anything cut it out the final week, it CAN cause some MINOR water retention even then its not such a big deal. You might just wanna cut it out by wed before thow. Definitly not 6 weeks out, keep doing what your doing

Cutting out specific foods isn't going to do that. You just need to lose some more fat. Simple fact.

As for cutting dairy and wheat in general, some people around here like to go on rants about how you can eat anything you want up until show day. Other people say you would be smart to play it safe and cut those items out during the final week or so. It comes down to how YOUR body works. If those foods cause you to hold a little water, cut them out leading up to the show and replace them with a different carb/protein source. If not, leave them in.

    Thumbs up

They are common food allergies and that is the main reason most suggest removing them. Why don't you try removing them for a week and see how you look, feel, and react? Then go from there. Best Wishes!

I personally eliminate dairy from my cutting phases AND go gluten-free for the last 6-8 weeks. Doing these things definitely adds to my finished product.
