I know you don't have a lot of time as it is, but this book really is an easy read but it hits you hard. Easiest 170 pages I've read in a long time. The best part is that it it's a book that makes you really think yet it's so easy to read and get through. Usually books that make you think like this are confusing, tough reads, etc etc
I read the final 90 pages this morning, got in a good groove★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

*Fuarrrrkkkk. I forgot my book today which of course has all my info for my juggernaut set up inside. As a result I wasn't sure what weight I was suppose to use for squat or what I was suppose to use for the warm ups. I think I was suppose to use 210 today so I put 215 just to be safe. If I get home and I under shot it I'm going to be pissed! I think I'm good though.
I'm still working on my stamina and as a result could only get two sets of both racks and hacks. Next week I'm gonna try for 3 of each, but I'll let the RPE do the talking!
New phone shoots awesome video. I took video of every set I did today. I will be posting vids in my log still but only here and there. Then I will post edited videos that I put together that I much longer in length and quality. I'll try to have one done for friday to give you an idea of what I'm going with.★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Money money money on those squats, each one was identical and smooth like butter!
A little tip (which I sometimes forget to do when I video): usually these camera phones are designed to take widescreen video so if you rotate 90 degrees you will actually get a video which fills the screen instead of the "vertical" letterbox thing. Will make your videos much better!
