Good work. Adding 60lbs to your total is awesome! And Sam's deadlift starting position is insane. She starts basically at a parallel squat! Made it look easy.

I really like that idea with the water loading but then in exchange you can eat your way to the meet.
Sam's final bench was sooo close! You are going to need to build a new shelf for all of her Best Lifter awards. Your 2nd attempt deadlift looked really good, how did your final feel?CSCS
