Personally if I had this kind of money, I would spend more than 1 Billion securing the future of my family and relatives. Then secondly help out people from the community I grew up in.

but he does help. He has many charity organizations that help people. He set up a water purification plant in a dessert area in india. because of him, over 2 million people get clean drinking water. He has over 70 houses all across india. 13 in mumbai. This building like structure isnt really his primary house. Its a place for business parties, meetings, etc. Its not his family home

Please before you go hating on other people's success and trying to dictate what other people should do with their own money why don't you go and practise what you preach. Start off by giving away half of the money you have right now to a third world country. That will change lives.
