You can also make some Reeses Cups with Protean....Red Velvet Cake.. bottom and top layers with the middle being VCB protean or f.f cool whip would be amazing. I'm going to make some using Cinnamon Bun Dymatize + Scivation Vanilla + couple dark choc chips in the next couple days with some fat free Cool whip in the middle. Here are a couple I made using Choc Protein + PB & Co. White Choc PB..(tasted 95% like a real Reeses PB Cup but w/ good macros) and another one using Gold Feast + PB & Co. White Choc & Dark Choc PB. It's just a lil time time consuming but very simple to make.

Takes a bit of time to make so I would suggest making a few of them at a time.
Or you could try this one...

It's very simple to be honest, I'm not a big milk drinker since I use water but If you do use milk you get a lil more flavor. 1 Scoop of protein + 2-3oz of Liq. like If you were making sludge. I picked up some steel individual cupcake holders from Bed Bath & Beyond since they freeze much better which is nice when making a frozen treat. I also bought some cupcake wrappers as you can see in the pic which I put inside the trays but that is optionable. Pour in the first layer of sludge, filling up the tray 20-30% worth than freeze for 15 mins. It should be semi-frozen hard after 15-20 mins than you apply the 2nd layer...It can be Natty Peanut Butter, fat free cool whip or even a second protein flavor which is totally up to the individual...Freeze for 15 more mins than go ahead take it out and apply the third and final layer and repeat the process one more time and you're good to go. I've made this for some of my big belly non lifting friends and they thought they were eating a store bought item and loved them since It's as good as ice cream and really hits the spot when craving something sweet but at the same time it's very macro friendly since you can control everything that go's inside them. Using a couple scoops of protein It makes about 2-3 PB Cups. If you want to make a bunch at a single time you can just use a brownie tray and you can cut them into squares and you can prob feed 10-12 people with one tray and I've also put fat free Breyers Vanilla Ice cream in the middle which was amazing
Cliffs.
Make Sludge with your fav. protein
Fill Cupcake tray 30% w/ the 1st layer + Freeze 15 mins
take out & fill in the middle layer with another protein, fat free Ice cream, Natty PB, Cool Whip etc and Freeze 15 more mins
take out and apply the final layer and freeze for 15 more mins and you're good to go.
Macros 1 Reeses Cup Protein- Good Amount Fat-Yes, but the good kind Carbs- not so much.
Going to call my lawyer and sue them for stealing my TM recipe lol jk that site seems cool but some of the recipe Ing. you can get away with by not using all the extra stevia and stuff Imo.Last edited by GymRat128; 04-25-2012 at 11:59 AM.
