Got best results using Pro Complex (ON). Then again that was my first month into lifting so I reckon they all work, just got to find the one with the best taste for you. Me personally, can't go wrong with chocolate. I've tried dymatize and univeral-real gains also. Both seem to work fine but got less results from dymatize.
January, using Pro Complex- Gained 4.5kg with 4.5kg of powder in 1 month. Which is very ideal.
I started at 154lb at 24/10/2011. Now I'm 200lb. I know mass gainers well. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

There is no creatine in Real Gains
It's easy to say more food however there are many guys who simply don't have the appetite to eat enough whole food calories so a gainer is an easy way to get calories in without filling you up too much. They can be an effective tool in your toolboxFree Agent
