Okay so I am flexin my abs in the pics and the one with trollface I am flexing bis, not so much my triceps, and chest is unflexed in all, but I am wondering, am I skinnyfat? I always assummed, even though I thought it may be something to do with my small bones, anyways It leaves me unsure whether to bulk or cut, I am currently bulking but I have no idea what bf I am. I have a flat belly but when flexed my abs show a bit. Andois belt shows, though, and seperation between delts exists, if I'm flexing or pumped, or at the right lighting, so I'm guessing I must be high bf % :/
Skinnyfat or slightly more than skinnyfat? Just out of intrest, also do I have wide hips? How do I fix that >

thats because you're mind is developing its connection to the muscle. This means you brain is learning the actual bench press movement and how to activate more motor units within your muscle fibers. So the huge increase in your bench isn't 100% mass or strength gain, it's simply your brain adapting to recruit a higher percentage of your fibers to do work.
