Nop just eat a bit over my calorie maintenance, about 500 surplus. i aim for 3500 cals a day. Im ectomorph so i stay lean

More then 14.5" arms from 1 year lifting brb getting called out CELLTECH abuse by 90% of misc LOL..

Went from 14 - 16.5" in almost 2 years and 99% of misc claims celltech hahaha!

Just for the record, the fact that i started at 11inch arms 122lbs and am now 14.5 and 159lbs, you can't really say i've done that bad in 9.5months

I dont normally comment on this site cause i dont know too much about bodybuilding but i do know you do not have the right to say bull like that when you look like that... Hit the low carb shakes...Sun beds, get a haircut and maybe do a compound lift once in a while and you may actually grow muscle and not 30 pounds of fat.
