    Does anybody here do deadlifts for LEGS???

    wtf... i never even heard of people doing them as a back exercise...

    i mean, i do legs before my back day, how the hell im gonna squat today and deadlift tomorrow

    And straight legged dead lifts on my leg day.


    The dead lift is a compound movement and either way hits a variety of muscles in the body regardless of straight legged/regular.

    Romanian deadlifts hit the back really hard still, harder than normal deadlifts I would say. Just takes quads out of it.

    Maybe the taller you are, the more it works the legs? Like you have really squat down much lower than say me, to pick up the weight which engages your legs more, Personally i dont feel my legs being worked out as much as my traps/back/core
