Question Difference between fat burners and cla's???

    Hey everyone,
I follow a routine of about 2 hours of workout a day 1 hours soccer (if that counts), 1 hr P90x/Insanity hybrid. I have been taking protein shakes, CLA's, and multivitamins the whole time, but im put of cla's. Now i see different fat burners like man scorch? What is te difference between fat buring pills and CLA's (which is better for fat loss?) i am 5ft 11in, used to weigh 150 pounds, after 60 days p90x/insanity hybrid and supplements i am down to 139 pounds. Which would be the best fat burner as i will only buy MRM CLA's as i have had ood experience with them, but i will buy any brand of fat burner. Which is better? Fat-Burner pills or CLA's? Include a name of a specific brand or link to a product page.

    Thanks everyone!

    It's called search.

But most will say CLA is useless or has very little effect for fat burning. If you wanna burn fat...maybe try a fat burner...

CLA is a carb blocker essentially. Not sure how effective it really is as I have never tried it and Fat Burners tend to be stimulants which can give you an edge in training whilst on a calorie deficit, some have ingredients that can speed up the metabolism as well.

In trails, Conjugated linoleic acid showed great results for fat loss but the doses were 6-10 grams per day, not worth supplementing with it. The best way to get some in your diet is by eating plenty of grass fed beef, lamb and raw dairy, these are good sources of CLA. As for fat burners, do you really need them at your age? The only thing I would recommend is a good green tea product (such as Lean Green) and a clean diet.
