My neighbor offered to pay me for free training since shes seen my results and wants to have a lean healthy physique as well. I insisted on it being free. Since I have no job I guess she wants to give me some income, she said I will come watch her workout + keep motivated as well as tell her what to do.
I kind of have an idea, but I am not used to none-teen body.
Was thinking, lots of cardio, stair stepper, squats, lunges (if she can do them). And some very light weight upper body stuff if she wants too. What do you guys recommend for this woman?

How does this look? This is a very small amount of movements for isolation but this will be a lot for her right off the bat. Also too much cardio or no? She wants to lose weight, and shes gonna be eating on a calorie deficit so figured itd be ok.

dumbbell press 3x12
dumbbell flys 3x12
tricep kick backs 3x12
Ab Workout
Tues-
10 min of heavy cardio warmup (your choice)
dumbbell over head press 3x12
side lateral exstension 3x12
front lateral exstension 3x12
rear delt flys 3x12
Wed-
30 minutes of heavy cardio
Ab Workout
Thurs-
10 min of heavy cardio warmup (your choice)
Standard Pull Ups 3 sets to max
Chin Ups 3 sets to max
Strict Rows (if the bar is too much just do lawn mowers) 3x12
Light Curls 3x12
Fri-
10 min of heavy cardio warmup (your choice)
dumbbell squats 3x12
dumbbell lunges 3x12

Something like this would give her much better results IMO: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

This thread should be a sticky.
No brain, no gain.
