    Cutting (Seeking Advice!)

    I am currently around 190 pounds, and my goal is to cut to 175 by Summer, while keeping as much muscle as I can.
    My macro's per day roughly consist of:
    190g Protein
    80g Carbs
    70g fats
    1700 Cals.

    I weighlift 3x a week, and do some sort of cardio 2 days a week on my non-lift days.

    My question is whether my macro's are looking good or not, I've been doing a little bit of research on a ketosis diet, but I feel with the amount of exercise I do it wouldn't be very safe.

    Calories way to low. Eat 10 to 20% less than BMR. Fats look fine I would add some more carbs though to help you have better workouts etc

    wow your calories are very low, and in my opinion you are wasting way too many calories on fat. I would have fat at 15-20% of my caloric intake. then split the rest between pro and carb
