Clinch 17- Requesting B Sample.

Does anyone else have an addiction to training, and just want to train in some capacity every day? Oh wait, this is the Clinch, nobody trains in here anymore.

4th metatarsal and 5th Jones fractures; both in my right foot. I have surgery next week, and then I'm sidelined for 4-6 weeks after that. I'm gonna go f*cking stir crazy. My schedule when I'm not injured:

Mon.
-6-7 PM BJJ technique
-Roll with partners after class for 15-30 minutes
-Lift at 8 PM

Tues.
-5 PM lifting
-Swim laps after lifting

Wed.
-6-7 PM BJJ rolling
-7-8 PM boxing conditioning

Thurs.
-5 PM lifting
-Sprints with 1 mile warmup

Fri.
-6-7 PM BJJ
-7-8 PM boxing technique

Sat.
-2-3 PM boxing sparring
-4 PM lifting

When winter rolls back around, I'll probably drop the Tuesday and Thursday swims and runs, and do some self defense training at a local Filipino school. $80 a month for unlimited access to Kali/Escrima, MMA, and fitness classes (only interested in the knife fighting). They have Saturday morning open gym, too.

Also, my dachshund is not cut out to be a weiner dog race champion. Instead of racing he chased another dog around the tractor by the starting line and I then had to chase after him.

i train consistantly, 4 lifting/sprint days, 1 edurance day, core on off days


but i haven't stopped in the clinch in over a year, so i might not count

The equivalent of 12 x 100m sprints is a pretty intense workout broham. But you're on that ****gy marathon time that ruins your heart/knees, so you don't know bout dat high intensity. Tis ok. I understand.

Bent Over Rows

5 sets x 20 reps of Overhead tricep extensions
8 sets of 25 pushups


All while getting 8 hours of OT.
