Man just back on keto now. That sucked now I crave some more, or something like baked zita (meaty version!)! I loved it though, I polished off the entire batch in a sitting. For dessert I enjoyed a large coffee with full fat creamer, and a diet cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper. I am going to attempt to not cheat much this month because well, you know, Thanksgiving and Christmas not too far off...

OK you brought him up so that's all I had to say. BTW I think I know the weirdest food concoction I ever eaten. For me, brain sandwich and the like, is not weird. It may not be so common or more rare but it's really not strange or scary. Same goes for exotic meats. The weirdest food I can think of, is quite simple to prepare....although weird IMO, a toast sandwich. Which is a piece of toast between two slices of bread.
