Everyone has a different theory on how to ski moguls... I've always tried to ski through the troughs which is apparently one of the more difficult ways to do it. Need to work on more of this skiing over the moguls and turning on the top nonsense.

COMMENTS:
Squats didn't feel too bad while actually doing them but after each set my hamstrings were still throbbing. Rather than really try to push it, I just used it to get them stretched out. If they aren't better by next week, then I'll have to start to explore some other options but I'm pretty optimistic based on where they were today versus Wednesday they'll be back conditioned.
Video of the top set of bench below - was going to go for 235, but just to prove a point to Brandon, made it 240. Good call .

Hamstrings were back to about 90% today. Still a little bit of tightness in them but after getting a night of 9 hours of sleep, an epsom salt bath, and a bunch of stretching/foam rolling last night seemed to do some wonders. Bench training continues to go REALLY well so looking forward to the meet to demolish my 255 from last time. Right now, I think I could open with and smoke 255
Meant to bring my camera today but left it sitting on the counter in my kitchen - will def try to get most of my sessions on film going forward.
