So, I had a very very odd experience recently while taking EC stack for about two weeks now.
Tonight at dinner I started feeling "puffy" like my skin was getting tighter or my muscles getting bigger.
Either way there wasn't enough room and my hands and feet became extremely cold and I couldn't help
but focus extremely hard on one thought. It was fairly hard to breathe properly. I think this was
some sort of adrenaline rush going on. Needless to say I'll be stopping that for a while.Tkon's Journey to 1200

It was man, I am learning what my body can do and react to. I'll be going a lot "cleaner" w/ this bulk. I really wanted to get shredded and did a few things that I don't regret, but were definitely scary experiences. I now have these as tools at my disposal is how I look at it and definitely plan to use it on my next recomp/cut.
Also just wanted to say thanks to you and every one else that was super ****ing supportive. I had no idea I could change my body composition this much in so little time working out like 2-3 hours a week, crazy.Tkon's Journey to 1200
