I hear ton of things about how many times to work out a week etc. i'm training to join the college football team soon. this is my workout schedule.
Lower body - Weights
Upper body - Weights
Full body cardio - Tabata running/swimming
Rest.
In that cycle.
I won't be over working my muscles or anything like that right?
