    Looking for certified online trainer

    Hi everyone,

    I have been doing "bodybuilding"for over 5 years, got good results the first year, but since the progression is very slow.
    Would you guys know of a good online trainer (experienced with ectomorph people)?

    Do some research on this site and you will get enough program knowledge from good knowledgeable people to carry you forward. No need to spend any money on someone that will just send you a cookie cutter program they downloaded from menshealth.com.

    You can ask for help on here and I'm sure people would help you for free. Are you looking for training advise (workouts) or diet advise? Not all "trainers" are going to be able to help you with your diet
