worked out this morning. I'm still nowhere close to where I was, but went from 65 to 85 on bench, 135 to 155 on squat, and I deadlifted 155. I can't wait to squat 200 lbs and bench 100 lbs again. Those are my benchmarks I want to reach to feel like I'm really back. I feel weak when I'm lifting. food has been good, can't wait to see how the weigh in goes on friday.

No too bad. I finally bought a food scale and discovered how much I had been lying to myself about portion sizes. We think we finally got the portions down starting about a week ago, and I am ALREADY starting to see results! Wooooooooo!
Man, I am so glad you're okay! And look at you. You're still lifting even after a wreck. So many people would have used that as an excuse to binge and you didn't. You're a rock star!
Since I cannot high five you in person, then I will...

That just made my freakin' day!!! love it! Well I did gain a bit during the rehab, but I'm back on it now though and that' all that mattters.
I'm so proud of you about the food scale. Yes, portion sizes are very small, but after a while it becomes the norm. It's funny how a real portion varies so much from our portions...it was a wake up call for me as well.Hi, I'm Crystal :)

Going to try and start writing in here again. I'm still a little frustrated in the gym because of my strength loss after the wreck, but I'm working on getting it back up and my attitude. I'm in a weightloss thread and still working on losing. My latest pics.
