Used some internet calculations involving my body measurement, the handheld machines at the gym, and made a thread like a month ago. Its cool if I'm 15%, thts y I wanted u guys opinion, need 2 switch some things up. I've only dropped like 2 pounds the whole month so I didn't expect a huge change. Thanks for the input man

In my opinion, 2lbs in a month isn't that bad if your really focusing on retaining your strength and lbm. I'm aiming for 3lb a month myself right now, if that, because I'm not overly concerned with watching my numbers dropped; rather, I'm more focused on how I look in the mirror and where my body fat levels are. Numbers are meaningless really.. just coming to find this out.
Looking at your avi, you want to take it nice and slow, and get cut the right way. If I was you, just keep your current routine up until you seriously stall. If your still losing, even 2lbs a month, then your still making progress.
Slow n steady wins the race.www.grazethesky.com

Yep I did the same thing. This time last year I weighed 194, but had more of a belly. So I decided to cut, and not knowing anything about cutting, I cut it down to 1800cals a day + cardio/weights + 3-4 cups of coffee.day + Oxyelite pro.
Needless to say, I dropped to 175 in 3 months, and lost TONS of mass.. I have pics to prove ..
Cut was successful, but I lost TONS of mass..so I ended up looking so friggen small. So I bulked up to 200lbs since last August, and started cutting this past February. I look 10x better now at 192 then I did 1 year ago at 194www.grazethesky.com

2 lbs a month isn't bad, but 2 lbs in the first month is pretty bad, when factoring in the water loss at the start of a diet.
Also, muscle loss isn't an issue if you're getting enough protein and continue lifting heavy until you reach contest levels of BF. The mass loss is a combination of depleted water, glycogen storage, and largely assuming you had more muscle than you actually do. If you're not losing strength (you'll obviously lose energy and stamina), you're not in any immediate danger of muscle loss.
Also, try not to analyze your body in the mirror too much on a cut until in the 10-12% range. When you're in the 12-17% range, every pound you lose makes you look smaller, as changes in tone are largely unnoticeable, so you'll freak yourself out, start hating your progress, all that. Once you hit around 12%, the changes in tone become very noticeable, and every pound you lose makes you look bigger.

Thanks for the feedback, failed to mention one reason I've only lost 2 pounds is because the 1st 2 weeks I was eating maintainance because I just came off a bulk then the 2nd 2 weeks of the month was at a defecit. Thanks for the insight on the 12% ill keep tht in mind as I train

ive never seen anyone above 13% BF that you can see their hip bones
i know genetics play a large role in body composition but its relatively constant that fat around the sides of the waist are last to go.
consider height and weight, its not really such a stretch that 4-5lbs of "pure" fat loss would put you in the 10-11% range, i dont know if OP is flexing or not but abs just dont show like that at higher BF%
