Saw on one of BodyBuilding.com's SuperSite articles on protein shakes that they added this, wondering if it affects the taste at all?
Would be an easy way to get in protein, although I thought I read that by not cooking them you don't get all the nutrition (which I assume is broscience)

Does anyone use egg beaters/whites in their protein shakes?

Honestly the taste isn't bad at all, and they're pasteurized so it's not a big deal. Now for the downside, you'll be one gassy dude that gives protein farts a whole new meaning. My stomach just isn't built for egg whites, your mileage may vary.

Lol also sorry OP, might be helpful though. I was thinking it probably has something to do with sulfur content, but I'm not sure. Either way it's not worth it, I'd rather cook some chicken or take a couple scoops of whey before I go through another egg white phase.
