nice back definition bro. protein supplementation is not necessary if you are able to obtain enough in your diet from natural foods. for some, that is not the case so they choose to "supplement" their diet in order to hit their macros.
in addition to protein, I'd wager you also think logic, and intelligent thought is "overrated" too.

Protein is gud because you take it after you work out and tear your muscles and the protein comes in afterwards and fills in the torn muscle and replaces the tears with more muscle and your muscles grow. Protein is muscle in protein form; it's all proven science guys.
