It all depends on the federation. I'm pretty sure most will give three whites. But I'm pretty sure the only issue would be with the USPA because they are the strictest. It would be like how Mendelson does a shoulder dip to get his lock out even though he has roughly a 3-4" ROM.

Why workout when there's *******? It's still safer than Crossfit.
With proper form and technique, anything is possible.
