    DO I have manboobs?

    I used to be extremely over weighted and i have improved my physique greatly throughout the years. But one thing that i have not been able to get rid of is manboobs. Im not completely into the sport of body building, but more so the sport of power lifting but i do care about my looks at the time being (mainly for my girlfriend). Abs are not a huge worry of mine although i am working on them but my main concern is manboobs. My girlfriend constantly says i don't have them but i think her opinion is a bit biased just cuz im her boyfriend

    My plan: Ive been using this plan for a while now and ive gotten results such as hardening of the chest and less visibility of my man boobs.

    Turmeric
    HIIT (in the form of finishers after my main lifting routine)
    Hill Sprints
    Elevator sets with DB press
    Compound excersizes
    Less junk food
    More veggies over fruits
    and my most recent addition....
    Acid by magnum (not sure if this is gonna help though)

    I choose to not take Testosterone boosters cuz im still only 17, and my man boobs might have been a result of puberty, and i believe that in this case the test boosters will only make things worse. I will post my pictures, im looking for opinion and any suggestions you folks might have im open to all ideas beacuse as i said.....looks arent my department im more into strength training. And since summer is coming id like to look for a quick fix, even though im like 99.9% sure thats not possible. Thanks!

    No mate absolutely not. Just HIT your chest with intense training, they'll all get covered up. Moreover like 7399martyn said, you certainly does have lack of muscles that is which "kill" your chest and make nipps more visable throughout. Keep training and keep training hard.

    when you say higher intensity.....would you recomend bombsets or super sets? say i do bench press and then incline press?

    i used to have the same prob ... u just need to build muscle in ur chest ... loook at my transformation pic in my profile ... i was a fatass with manboobs ... just train hard and u will see big improvements!
