I recently read a little about this guys program and have just two questions. If you are doing Lean Gains are you building muscle and losing fat at the same time? And I was always told that by not eating you are storing fat but following his program you do not eat throughout the morning so how does not eating through the morning help you lose fat? Thanks a lot!!

You can vary between a deficit and a surplus on training and non-training days to recomp. But that's also not unique to IF, even though it's one of his recommendations.

For the sake of not starting a new thread, I have read the website. i think i get the gist. So no breakfast at all? not even something small to start the day? how could something like a couple eggs throw the process off?~Yesterday you said tomorrow~
